How to play CS GOATs
CS GOATs is a free browser party game for Counter-Strike fans. You and your friends bid blind on legends from 25 years of CS, from 1.6 to CS2, build a five-player squad, then watch it play a Major.
The rules
- 01Create a room and share the code. Up to 16 players; bot teams fill the Major to 16.
- 02Six blind rounds: the coach first, then AWPer, Entry, IGL, Support, Lurker. 17 cards per round, 100 coins for the whole game.
- 03You can bid on two cards per round: a first choice and a backup. Highest bids resolve first, and you win at most one card per round. Ties go to a blind rebid, then a random draw.
- 04When the round closes, the hammer falls card by card: the hidden 1–99 rating stamps on and the highest bid wins it. A big name can still be a trap if it's from their worst year.
- 05Missed a role? Unsold cards come back once, then the rest go free in a snake draft.
- 06Sixteen squads play a Swiss stage and playoffs, live, with a kill feed. Every match takes 30 seconds, and the recap is yours to share.
